Natsai Prisca Nyabadza, B.S.
Ph.D. student

Natsai Prisca is from Zimbabwe. She studied Engineering and Neuroscience at Smith College, and has worked in protein engineering and drug discovery for pharmaceutical company Merck. Now Natsai works to identify matrix molecules responsible for promoting anti-inflammatory glial cell phenotypes by studying the interactions between patient-derived cancer cells and glial cells. Natsai enjoys dancing, knitting, Rubik's cube, & collecting pretty rocks.

Hoi Kwon, B.S.

Hoi is from South Korea. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Stemcell Biotechnology at Konkuk University. Previously, he worked on engineering donor molecules in Organic Solar Cells. Now, he is working on measuring interstitial fluid flow in the spinal cord and effects on secondary neural injury. Hoi enjoys watching movies, reading books, and engaging in discussions about history.
